Andre de Montbrun

With over five decades of experience in the energy sector, Andre de Montbrun brings unparalleled insight and credibility to CIT’s Oil Well Cement Division. A seasoned oilfield professional, Andre has worked across some of the world’s most demanding drilling environments, collaborating directly with on-site oil company representatives to plan, prepare, and execute complex cementing operations.
Highly regarded by industry leaders such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Tucker Energy, and Total, Andre’s name is synonymous with technical excellence and reliability. His deep knowledge of cementing protocols and product performance was instrumental in guiding the development and validation of the AEGIS Oil Well Cement line.
Under Andre’s direction, the AEGIS product successfully completed rigorous field trials - proving its superior performance and establishing CIT as a credible new player in the oil well cement space.

Ian Stauble
Oil Well Cement Consultant
Ian Stauble brings five decades of experience and an enduring legacy of excellence to his role within CIT’s Oil Well Cement Management Team.
A respected figure in the energy sector, Ian spent 26 of those years at Schlumberger, where he served in key international markets including Trinidad, Brazil’s Amazon region, Canada, and Venezuela - most notably managing complex Shell and Chevron operations in Maracaibo.
Ian concluded his Schlumberger career as the Operations Manager for the Drilling and Measurements product line, a role that capped years of front- line leadership and technical innovation. Throughout his tenure, he developed a reputation for delivering superior drilling tools and services, earning the trust of global operators and cultivating a wide network of professional relationships across the oil and gas industry.
Now at CIT, Ian serves as a steady hand and trusted advisor in the continued advancement of the AEGIS Oil Well Cement line. Known for his client-focused approach, technical precision, and measured guidance, he plays a vital role in upholding the standards of quality and credibility that define CIT’s approach to the energy sector.
